I have been following on the up-coming release of this biopic, and in case you missed it...you can watch VH1’s biopic CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story here, which premiered Monday October 21^st. The made of television movie pulled in 4.5 million viewers, the highest rated original cable movie of 2013, and VH1’s highest rated movie ever (also generated 1.92 million tweets over twitter with the hash tag #CrazySexyCool the night it aired). The movie tells the story of one of the best selling female group of all-time, through the eyes of group members and executive producers of the film Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas and Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins, as they share their story of the rise to fame as an RnB trio, heartbreaks, personal and financial struggles, and death of member ‘Left-Eye’.  Watch the full movie inside...

I can still clearly remember the day I hear her smash hit 'Real Love' back in 1992...I was working at a music retailer as a music buyer and cop a advance copy of the single, and I was like "who is this!?!?!" I told everyone that I could about the jam and was an instant fan to this very day! That very same year Mary J. Blige released her debut album, What's the 411? (3x Platinum) on MCA Records/ Uptown and I have purchased every one of her albums since.  Happy Birthday....MJB!

Movie Trailer: Jennifer Hudson in biopic of Winnie Mandela

Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson starring in Winnie, the controversial biopic, presented by T.D. Jakes, which chronicles the life of Winnie Mandela. The film is directed by Darrell Roodt and Terrence Howard stars opposite Hudson as Nelson Mandela.

The film has been shown at several movie festivals around the world, which showcase Winne’s life from her childhood, her husband Nelson Mandela’s incarceration and her own year in solitary confinement.  

I see Jennifer got the accent down, Terrence gave it a good go...The theatrical trailer has been released and is intriguing....watch it inside...
