Movie Trailer: Jackie Robinson Biopic Released

The #JackieRobinson movie won't be released before next baseball season, however we have the trailer to excite fans of the legendary baseball player who broke Major League Baseball's color barrier when he joined the roster of the Brooklyn Dodgers; and to assist to the excitment is the track "Brooklyn (Go Hard)" by Jay-Z featuring Santigold....



Harrison Ford will star as Branch Rickey in "42" (the title of the film) with actor Chadwick Boseman as Robinson. Brian Helgeland, whose writing credits include L.A. Confidential, Mystic River and Payback, will direct the film.

The first film about Jackie Robinson, made in 1950, starred Robinson and Ruby Dee as his wife Rachel.
